One of the highlights of Encanto da Lua is the food. The day starts with a generous breakfast, with local delicacies such tapioca pancakes made to order, fresh fruits, baked goods, juices, homemade yoghurt and a lot more. All to prepare guests to explore the adventures our region provides.
During the day the pool bar offers a menu with a tasty selection of snacks, sandwiches, regional dishes, desserts, drinks and cocktails. There is also a kid’s menu for the little ones.
In the evening, Sal do Mar Restaurant offers an a la carte menu that changes daily, always seeking the best ingredients available. You will find a variety of starters and main courses featuring pasta, meat, fish and seafood, as well as delicious desserts.
A wine list with carefully selected wines complements our guests dining experience. Chef and sommelière Kayo Nishimoto is always available to suggest the best pairings according to the menu and your preferences.
